Senior / Assistant Cost Accounting Manager (Manufacturing) - Bang Pu

We are looking for a Senior / Assistant Cost Accounting Manager to join our client's global electronics manufacturing business. This role is responsible for managing manufacturing costing activities, including standard costing, cost analysis, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost closing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive profitability, improve costing accuracy, and support business decisions. Strong English communication skills are essential , as you will collaborate with regional and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Cost Accounting, Analysis & Inventory Manage manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory costing activities. Review and update standard costing models based on changes in production processes, material costs, labor rates, and operational assumptions. Analyze manufacturing costs, cost variances, profitability, and cost trends by customer, product, and work order. Compare actual costs against standard costs and recommend cost improvement opportunities. Ensure accurate inventory valuation and costing data. Business Partnering & Reporting Partner with Production, Planning, Engineering, Purchasing, and Finance teams to improve costing performance and support business decisions. Support pricing analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Drive continuous improvement of costing processes and support internal and external audits. Preferred Background Big 4 Auditors with strong exposure to manufacturing clients. High-potential Senior Cost Accountants from the Electronics or EMS industry. Production Planning professionals with solid experience in product costing, BOM, or manufacturing cost analysis. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. CPA/CMA is an advantage. Big 4 Auditors with strong exposure to manufacturing clients. Strong knowledge of Standard Costing, Work Order Costing, BOM (Bill of Materials), Inventory Control, and Variance Analysis. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills. Good command of English. Benefits: Health Insurance. Provident Fund. Shuttle bus (van).
