QC Supervisor

About the role KUSAUTO(THAILAND) CO.,LTD. is seeking a QC Supervisor to join our quality control team in Chachoengsao. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality across our manufacturing and transportation operations. As QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and control processes, ensuring that all products meet our rigorous standards before they reach our customers. This role is essential to our commitment to excellence and directly impacts the success of our manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities Supervise and control quality inspection activities in SMT, TQS, FLS, and PROBE processes to ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements. Monitor product quality performance, analyze defects and non-conformities, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with relevant departments. Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of quality procedures, work instructions, control plans, and related quality documentation. Review inspection records, quality reports, and production quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Manage and monitor calibration activities for measuring and testing equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements. Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions until closure. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns and improve manufacturing processes. Prepare and present quality performance reports, including KPIs, defect rates, and improvement activities to management. Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate QC Inspectors to ensure competency and effectiveness in quality control operations. Support internal audits, external audits, customer audits, and continuous improvement initiatives related to the quality management system. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment. At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in quality-related functions. Strong knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving techniques, including 7 QC Tools, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, PDCA, and CAPA. Knowledge of quality management systems, document control, and calibration processes. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across departments. Good command of spoken and written English. Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure to meet business objectives.
