Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed for an aspiring HR professional eager to gain hands-on experience across three core pillars of HR operations: Performance Management , Learning & Development (Training) , and Employee Relations . Working directly with HR leadership and department heads, you will assist in implementing performance frameworks, coordinating training programs, and fostering a positive, compliant work environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Management Support Assist in rolling out and tracking the annual and mid-year performance review cycles. Help gather, organize, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and evaluation forms across departments. Maintain accuracy in performance management databases and generate summary reports for management review. Address basic employee inquiries regarding performance evaluation metrics and submission timelines. 2. Learning & Development (Training) Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps across operational and clinical/administrative teams. Coordinate training schedules, prepare training materials, and manage logistics for internal/external workshops and onboarding programs. Track employee attendance, compile post-training evaluation feedback, and maintain updated training records in the HR database. Support the rollout of developmental programs and learning roadmaps. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Support the administration of employee discipline and grievance procedures in compliance with labor standards and company policies. Draft routine administrative notices, memos, and HR communications. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Maintain confidentiality and assist in maintaining clean, audit-ready employee relation files. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of internship/entry-level experience in Human Resources are encouraged to apply. Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with data tracking/spreadsheets is a plus. Good organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail. Basic understanding of labor standards and HR practices. Attributes: High level of integrity, professional discretion, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
