Job Description: Expert in configuration, testing, and documentation. Requirement gathering of existing business practices and mapping user’s business processes to SAP’s business processes. Proactive to propose solutions according to business design. Investigate and resolve overall issue include performing analysis, recommend solution to resolve issues and proactive discussion with critical issues with the end-user. Act as a consultant in their area of expertise and represent their department when interfacing with decision-making and technical bodies. Coordinating with other function integrated ( SAP and Non-SAP ). Being responsible for key user and end-user training. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in related field. (Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology) At least 1 or more full project lifecycle implementations. At least 5 years relevant SAP experience. Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong knowledge and experience in business process development and design. Strong verbal and written communication with ability to clearly communicate complex concepts in simplified manner to end-users. Experience for consulting firm is advantage.
