ERP Project Manager

Cathcart Technology works with a leading consulting company. They are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a technical consulting team and oversee ERP implementation, integration, and technical delivery projects. Role and Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Consultants. Oversee ERP implementation, installation, upgrade, migration, integration, and go-live activities. Provide technical guidance across ERP, system integration, databases, and cloud environments . Act as a technical escalation point for complex customer issues. Work closely with customers, Project Managers, Functional Consultants, vendors, and internal teams. Support pre-sales activities including solution design, technical presentations, estimation, and customer workshops. Drive technical standards, best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement. Required Skills and Experiences: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related fields. 10+ years of experience in ERP, enterprise software, system integration, or technical consulting with 5+ years in a managerial or team leadership role . Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, database administration, and enterprise applications . Good knowledge of Linux/SUSE Linux (SLES) ; experience with SAP HANA is highly preferred. Experience in ERP implementation, system integration, API integration, customization, and data migration. Good understanding of cloud technologies , with Azure, AWS, or GCP experience being advantageous. Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, and customer-facing skills. Good command of English and willingness to travel when required.
