Overview: We are a company operating a B2B one-stop food ingredient supply chain platform. As the lead for our Hong Kong sales operations, you will build and manage a high-performing ground sales team. Your mission is to penetrate the fragmented SME restaurant market (HORECA, small restaurants), drive customer registration, facilitate first orders, and ensure long-term retention on our platform. Key Responsibilities: Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a team of Business Development (BD) representatives. Design and implement effective incentive schemes. Business Development: Develop grid-based sales strategies. Lead the team to visit customer physically, ensuring high conversion from visit to registration to active ordering. Market Strategy: Analyze competitors (traditional wholesalers). Formulate compelling value propositions and promotional campaigns (e.g., first-order subsidies, free delivery). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure seamless fulfillment. Handle customer complaints to maintain high repurchase rates (RR). Data Management: Monitor daily KPIs (visits, registrations, GMV) and optimize the sales funnel. Requirements Native Cantonese proficiency is strictly required. Fluency in English or Mandarin is a plus. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role within Hong Kong's Food Service, FMCG, or Restaurant Supply Chain industry.
