Technical Solution (Enterprise Infrastructure & Cloud) Department: Technical Solution Summary The Technical Solution designs end-to-end enterprise infrastructure and cloud solutions for large enterprises and government customers. This role works closely with Sales and customers on solution design, technical consulting, presales, and solution proposals. Experience from System Integrators (SI), Technology Consulting firms, or Enterprise Technology Vendors is highly preferred. Experience with ERP, Banking, or other mission-critical enterprise applications is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end enterprise solutions covering Server, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Backup, Security, and Cloud Infrastructure. Architect Hybrid Cloud, Multi-Cloud, and Private Cloud solutions with HA, DR, BCP, scalability, performance, and security considerations. Gather customer requirements and translate them into practical and cost-effective solutions. Lead customer workshops, presentations, demonstrations, and POCs. Prepare Technical Proposals, BOQ/BOM, SOW, SoC, Cost Estimation, and support RFP/Tender activities. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Delivery, Vendors, and Technology Partners throughout the solution lifecycle. Support solution sizing, capacity planning, implementation strategy, and technical handover. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Presales, Enterprise Consulting, or Infrastructure Solution Design. Experience with System Integrators (SI), Technology Consulting, Cloud Providers, or Enterprise Technology Vendors is highly preferred. Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure, including Server, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Backup/DR, and Cloud. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with Private Cloud / HCI technologies such as VMware, VCF, Nutanix, OpenStack, or Azure Stack HCI is preferred. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, SDN, and Cloud Automation is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience Enterprise Software / ERP (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) Banking / Financial Services / Core Banking Digital Transformation or Mission-Critical Enterprise Projects Experience in Implementation / Delivery environments Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have) AWS Solutions Architect Professional Azure Solutions Architect Expert Google Professional Cloud Architect TOGAF VMware VCP/VCAP/VCX Cisco CCNP/CCIE
