Job Summary The HR Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all human resources functions at the branch level , ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, labor law compliance, and employee relations. This role serves as the primary HR partner to Branch Management and acts as the link between the branch and the Corporate HR team. Key Responsibilities 1. Branch HR Leadership Lead and manage all HR activities within the assigned branch Serve as the main HR advisor to the Branch Manager and department heads Ensure alignment of branch HR practices with corporate policies and standards 2. Employee Relations & Labor Compliance Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases at the branch level Conduct investigations, issue NTEs, and facilitate administrative hearings Ensure compliance with labor laws, DOLE requirements, and company policies Coordinate labor-related issues with Corporate HR when necessary 3. Recruitment & Staffing Manage end-to-end recruitment for branch manpower requirements Coordinate with Corporate HR on manpower planning and approvals Ensure timely onboarding and deployment of new hires 4. HR Operations & Administration Oversee timekeeping, payroll coordination, leave administration, and benefits Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and HR reports Monitor attendance, headcount, and attrition reports for the branch 5. Performance Management & Employee Development Implement performance appraisal and disciplinary systems at the branch Support training, coaching, and employee development initiatives Promote employee engagement and retention programs 6. Policy Implementation & Governance Ensure proper communication and consistent enforcement of HR policies 7. Team Supervision Supervise and guide branch HR staff Monitor performance and provide coaching and corrective guidance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field 5–8 years of HR experience , preferably in a branch, retail, or multi-site environment Strong background in Employee Relations and labor law compliance Experience in handling branch-level HR operations and manpower management Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
