About the role We are seeking an experienced HR – ER (Employee Relations) professional to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position designed for someone who is passionate about building positive workplace relationships and ensuring compliance with labour regulations. As an HR – ER specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing employee relations, resolving workplace conflicts, and implementing HR policies that contribute to a harmonious and productive working environment. This position is strategic in nature, as employee relations directly impacts organisational culture, employee retention, and overall business performance. Key responsibilities Managing employee relations matters, including addressing grievances, disputes, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner Developing and implementing employee relations policies and procedures aligned with labour laws and best practices Conducting investigations into workplace incidents and disciplinary matters whilst maintaining confidentiality and objectivity Providing guidance and support to managers on employment relations issues, performance management, and difficult conversations Ensuring compliance with Philippine labour laws, regulations, and company policies across all employee-related matters Facilitating communication between employees and management to promote a positive workplace culture Maintaining detailed records of employee relations cases, outcomes, and documentation for audit and legal purposes Supporting the development and delivery of employee engagement initiatives and programmes Collaborating with the broader HR team on recruitment, training, and organisational development projects What we're looking for A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in employee relations, human resources, or industrial relations within the Philippines In-depth knowledge of Philippine labour laws, including the Labour Code, wage regulations, safety standards, and union relations
