Warehouse & WMS Coordinator / Pluakdaeng Rayong

Responsibilities: Monitor daily Warehouse Management System (WMS) performance and ensure smooth warehouse operations. Investigate and validate data discrepancies within the WMS to maintain inventory accuracy and operational reliability. Understand end-to-end warehouse processes and assess the impact of system-related issues on warehouse performance. Act as the key coordinator between warehouse operations, customers, and overseas technical support teams to ensure timely issue resolution and requirement alignment. Communicate operational issues, system requirements, and solutions clearly through reports, meetings, and regular updates. Support process improvement initiatives and system enhancements to improve warehouse efficiency and service quality. Assist users in troubleshooting WMS-related issues and follow up until resolution Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administrationor related field. 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics operations, or WMS coordination, with a solid understanding of end-to-end warehouse processes. Strong English communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with overseas technical teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and the ability to identify, analyze, and validate data inconsistencies; programming skills are not required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Experience in Automotive, Contract Logistics, 3PL, or Supply Chain operations will be an advantage. Experience as a WMS Key User, Warehouse Coordinator, Inventory Controller, or Logistics Coordinator is preferred. Work Location : Hemaraj Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate, Pluakdaeng, Rayong Working Days & Time : 5 Days work (8.00-17.30)
