About the Role We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, following up on leads, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment. This position is especially suitable for candidates from retail, F&B, hospitality, telesales, and other customer-facing backgrounds . Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome to apply. Please note: this role requires working on both Saturday and Sunday each week. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to parents and prospective customers to introduce our education programs Follow up on assigned leads and identify customer needs Qualify and separate leads for further consultation and sales follow-up Handle inbound sales enquiries from interested parents and students Recommend suitable courses and learning programs based on customer needs Support the full sales cycle, from first contact to enrolment closing Build rapport with parents and deliver a positive customer experience Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the system Work closely with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets Be available to support sales activities on both weekends Requirements 0–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, retail, F&B, customer service, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Strong interest in sales and confidence in speaking with customers over phone, chat, and in person Positive, proactive, and target-driven mindset Comfortable with cold calling, follow-up, and sales closing Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Passion for education and helping children access meaningful learning experiences Must be available to work on both Saturday and Sunday Good written and spoken Chinese and English What We Offer Clear career progression and development opportunities On-the-job training and support for junior team members Competitive base salary with attractive commission and performance incentives Opportunity to join a fast-growing education technology company Paid annual leave and birthday leave Hybrid working arrangement Medical insurance coverage
