In this role, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise Power BI dashboards supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the financial services and pension administration sector. Working closely with Business Analysts, Data Engineers, functional teams, and senior management, you will translate business requirements into intuitive management reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the organization. Key Responsibilities Management Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain executive and operational Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into business performance, operational efficiency, and service delivery metrics. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with department heads, business stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into impactful analytics solutions. Data Modeling & Reporting Architecture: Design scalable data models and reporting structures that align business requirements with Power BI performance and usability best practices. Business Insight & Data Storytelling: Transform complex operational data into meaningful insights, ensuring dashboards effectively highlight business priorities, trends, risks, and opportunities. Platform Modernization & Governance: Consolidate fragmented reports into a centralized reporting platform while implementing appropriate security controls, data governance standards, and reporting best practices. Technical Qualifications & Skills Expected Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Visualization, or Power BI development. Dashboard Development & Visualization: Strong experience building interactive Power BI dashboards using DAX, Power Query (M), and modern visualization techniques. Data Modeling & Analytics: Proven expertise in semantic modeling, dimensional modeling, KPI framework design, and Power BI performance optimization. Data Integration & Transformation: Experience working with SQL, data warehouses, and multiple enterprise data sources, collaborating with Data Engineering teams on data ingestion and transformation requirements. Data Governance & Security: Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS), user access controls, and reporting governance standards. Business Acumen & Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Language Requirement: Fluency in Cantonese and English is required for stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and management-level communication.
