IT Project Management Officer/PMO/Project Manager (Financial Project/MPF/Credit Card) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager/PMO with deep expertise in the MPF/Pension/Credit Card domain to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end project delivery, drive digital/business transformations, manage vendor relations, and align expectations across diverse internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Management: Direct and manage full project for Pension initiatives, ensuring execution stays on time, within budget, and meets high-quality standards. Stakeholder Management: Engage and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across business units, functional teams, PM, Vendor, compliance, operations, and senior leadership. Vendor Management: Oversee third-party vendors and external partners, including contract negotiations, monitoring SLAs/deliverables, and driving operational accountability. Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, implementing robust mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Multilingual Communication: Facilitate seamless communication across regional teams, global stakeholders, and external vendors using English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Requirements Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager/PMO role. Domain Expertise: Solid knowledge of MPF/Pension or Credit Card systems/operations or related systems Stakeholder & Vendor Mastery: Proven track record in managing external tech/service vendors and influencing multi-disciplinary stakeholders. Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (Trilingual requirement). Soft Skills: Outstanding leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline. PMP or Agile/Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) is preferred.
