Drive sales excellence by promoting compliance, ethical business practices, and continuous performance improvement. Monitor business performance, prepare commercial reports, and recommend actions to maximize results. Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and outstanding customer service. Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field. Proven leadership experience in pharmaceutical or OTC/FMCG sales, including people management. Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales strategy, customer engagement, and business development. Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
