Responsibilities Team Leader R&R All, Follow KPI, Management Report, Monthly Closing Provide guidance and solve basic work issues for the MRO/Service team. Monitor and support team members to ensure work follows company procedures and standards. Follow up on team performance and help improve work efficiency. Report work progress and issues to the Procurement GM when required. Qualification Business Management, General Management, Logistics Management or any related fields More than 10 years work experience in procurement Have service mind and good attitude on work Be able to work under pressure Understand Korean working culture is an advantage Good command in English (Korean is an advantage) Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required to perform tasks Good communication skill and ability to work effectively across multi-functions Systematic and analytic thinking, good coordination skill, and high responsibility Work Location: Amata City, Rayong
