Job Responsibilities: Manage and maintain physical and virtual servers to ensure availability, stability, and performance. Perform server configuration, maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting, including RAID and storage management. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights across various systems. Create, modify, and deactivate accounts; reset passwords; and manage access privileges in line with company policy. Manage server backup operations, monitor backup status, and perform data/system restoration when required. Provide second-level technical support and assist with IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and technology implementation. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end user and resolve issues efficiently. Set up and configure new hardware and software systems. Assist in deploying and testing new technologies and solutions. Maintain infrastructure documentation and support IT security, risk assessment, and compliance activities. Assist with IT projects, including software implementations, migrations, and technology upgrades. Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, and cloud environments. Proficient in Hyper-V, Zabbix, Veeam Backup & Replication, and JumpServer. Good knowledge of server configuration, RAID, backup and recovery, system monitoring, and IT security. Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, server administration, or a related role. Hands-on experience in Windows Server, Hyper-V virtualization, RAID configuration, and server hardware maintenance. Proficient in Veeam Backup & Replication, including backup monitoring, troubleshooting, and recovery. Experience with Zabbix for infrastructure and server monitoring. Experience with JumpServer or other privileged access management (PAM) solutions. Good knowledge of IT security, system hardening, patch management, access control, and vulnerability management. Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Able to work independently, respond to infrastructure incidents, and support IT projects when required.
