Responsibilities: Assist in managing and monitoring the implementation of joint venture and/or in-house development projects Monitor site quality, progress, and health & safety aspects of architectural works, ensuring compliance with contract requirements through audits and inspections Review workmanship, site progress, related documents, and samples for compliance with standards and approved specifications Conduct routine site inspections in accordance with Development Bureau guidelines, identifying and recording defects or non-compliance Maintain detailed site records of daily activities and submit regular reports to relevant parties Oversee environmental, health, and safety compliance of contractor works, and document findings in site records Act as URA’s site representative to assist the Supervising Officer or Project Manager-in-Charge in delivering their supervisory responsibilities Participate in and contribute to regular and ad-hoc site meetings with project stakeholders, including internal teams, contractors, and consultants Liaise with joint venture partners, external consultants, government departments, and other relevant parties to support project coordination Undertake other duties and project-based assignments as required to meet the business needs of the Authority Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Building Studies or an equivalent engineering qualification Holder of a certificate or above in occupational safety and health, or construction safety Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in site supervision or Clerk of Works roles, preferably within Design & Build contracts Strong understanding of construction processes, workmanship standards, and contract compliance requirements Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and document defects or non-compliance issues Proficient in maintaining accurate site records and preparing reports Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively on site Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Knowledgeable in relevant computer software applications (Candidates with substantial relevant experience but without the above-listed qualifications may also be considered.) The appointment will be made on a 3-year fixed-term contract, which may be renewable subject to appointee’s performance, the Authority’s business needs, and other relevant factors.
