Responsibilities: Handle full set of Import and Export documents, L/C & bank document and Tradelink declaration Follow up daily shipment, overseas order and booking arrangement Issue Invoice Work closely with factories, forwarders, overseas agents, customers & co-loaders and ensure all process on time Requirements: - F.5 or above - Knowledge in Toys, trading - Knowledgeable in L/C, I/E handling - Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin - Good knowledge in MS Excel (Pivot table), Word, PPT - Ability to work both independently, Stable, Careful, Mature and Self-motivate. - Immediate available is highly preferred. - Familiar with US and Europe market, factory import/export. - A minimum of 3 years' experience in a shipping or logistics role
