Accounting Manager (59712)

Business : Manufacturing and Trading Company Monday- Friday (+Saturday 4 days/year) / Time: 8.30-17.30 Job Description Manage full-set accounting operations, including daily transactions, month-end/year-end closing, and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Prepare and submit tax filings, including VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Income Tax, and other relevant taxes, ensuring compliance with Thai regulations. Handle financial consolidation and intercompany transactions, including reconciliation and reporting to the overseas Head Office. Manage Transfer Pricing matters and related-party transactions, including required documentation and coordination with the Head Office/external advisors. Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts, analyze actual results against budget, and provide financial insights and recommendations to management. Prepare management reports and presentation materials, including financial analysis, business performance, and key financial indicators for management and overseas Head Office. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and relevant authorities, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Improve accounting processes and internal controls, and perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by management. Required work experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a valid CPD license/registration. At least 10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance with strong full-set accounting and closing experience. Experience in Consolidation and Transfer Pricing is required. Strong knowledge of Thai accounting and taxation. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare management presentations. Good command of spoken and written English for communication and reporting with overseas Head Office. Experience with accounting software/ERP is preferred. Detail-oriented, responsible, analytical, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
