About the role We are seeking an experienced Assembly Production Manager (Cable) to join our client's team in Rayong. This is a full-time position offering an attractive salary package. As Assembly Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cable assembly operations, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading your team to meet production targets. This role is critical to our manufacturing operations and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our production efficiency and output quality. Key responsibilities Oversee daily cable production operations and coordinate with various production teams to ensure smooth workflow Monitor production schedules and timelines to ensure all targets are met consistently and efficiently Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate materials are available for production Lead, train and supervise production staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste Conduct regular performance reviews and maintain detailed production records and reports Liaise with quality assurance, maintenance and logistics teams to resolve operational issues Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations within the production facility What we're looking for 15-20 years' experience in mass production management, preferably in cable assembly or similar manufacturing environments Proven track record in managing production teams and achieving production targets Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling and inventory management Proven track record in P&L management, process engineering, and team leadership. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards in manufacturing Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Good communication skills in English and Thai (both spoken and written) Relevant qualifications or certifications in production management or manufacturing engineering are preferred Apply now If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your CV and a covering letter to PERSOL Thailand.
