Job Summary - System administration maintains and configure computer systems. Ensure uptime, performance, resource, and security of computer systems. - Database Administrator manages databases on capacity planning, installation, configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting. Job Detail System Management: Manage and administer IT systems include fault analysis, performance management, provisioning and maintaining quality of the systems Database Management: Database Administrator manages databases on capacity planning, installation, configuration, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting Disaster Recovery Management: Plan and manage backup and recovery of company computer systems during disaster IT Governance: Ensure effective and efficiency use of IT in enabling organization to achieve its goals. Manage life cycle of IT policies, procedures, baselines, and guidelines Security Management: Aware on matters relating to security subject once manage System and Database Relationship Management: Manage and maintain good and professional relationship with all stakeholders in order to give/take corroborations and feedbacks Qualification • Bachelor’s degrees in computer engineering or relevant fields, master’s degree will be appreciated • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in administration, support, performance tuning, backup and recovery of Microsoft SQL Server databases • Experience with database high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), replication, clustering, or Always on Availability Groups • Experience in performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and identify opportunities for improvement • Good understanding of SDLC, IT project implementation, database security, and information security principles • Experience in implementing and supporting Change Data Capture (CDC), Change Tracking, and database replication technologies. • Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC score 300) • Experience supporting core insurance applications and mission-critical databases. • Certified IT Services or Security such as Azure Database Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure DBA, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Microsoft SQL Server Administration is a plus • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as PDPA, ISO 27001, and IT governance standards.
