Risk Management The primary function of Risk Management is to identify, assess, respond to, and monitor various risks that may affect the organization. The tasks involved include: Policy formulation, development of prevention/mitigation plans, cause and effect analysis, coordination with stakeholders, and reporting results to management to ensure that the organization operates according to its goals and at an acceptable level of risk. Job Description/Responsibilities: Framing and Policy Establishment: Develop and communicate risk management policies throughout the organization. Risk Identification & Assessment. Meeting participants reported and presented their findings to the meeting and senior management. Collaborate with various departments (HR, Legal, IT, Finance) to analyze specific risks (e.g., human resource risk, cybersecurity). Conduct a root cause analysis when an adverse event occurs. Review contracts and key proposals to assess legal risks. Legal management and regulatory compliance. Direct experience in Risk Management, such as ERM, Risk Assessment, KRI monitoring, BCP, to support enterprise risk management specially considered Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering. 5+ years of experience in risk management. Skills will be BCP (Business Continuity Planning) Understanding of the business, principles of risk management, and analytical skills. Language: Good English. Skills: Analysis, evaluation, decision-making, collaboration.
