NATIVE Home-Based Online Teacher (Online English Teacher) We are urgently hiring native ESL teachers who can conduct online classes via phone and video. Company Overview Speakto.Inc. (Brand: ET-Phone) is based in Korea and is an online English education company composed of native-speaking teachers. We provide phone and video lessons to Korean students. Website: www.et-phone.co.kr Position Job Title: Online ESL Teacher (Native Speaker, Work-from-Home) Employment Type: Contract (Full-time only) Work Location: Remote (Work from Home) Compensation Hourly Rate: USD 11 (per 10-minute class: USD 1.8333) Payment is based on the number of classes taught, and the monthly salary will vary depending on how many 10-minute classes are conducted. During the initial 60 days of employment, a minimum daily wage of USD 45 is guaranteed. However, if the calculated monthly wage results in an average daily rate exceeding USD 45, the full excess amount will be paid. Qualifications Native English speakers from the USA, UK, Canada, etc. Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university Stable wired internet connection (Wi-Fi only not allowed) High-quality headset with microphone (earphones not accepted) Government-issued valid ID (Passport or Driver’s License) required Professional home teaching environment with clean and appropriate background ESL certification preferred but not required Working Hours (Full-time, Mon–Fri) Morning Shift: 06:00 – 15:00 KST (04:00 – 13:00 Thailand Time) Afternoon Shift: 15:00 – 24:00 KST (13:00 – 22:00 Thailand Time) Additional Information Interview: Conducted via Microsoft Teams Training: 3 days (4 hours per day)
