Contract Adminstrator

We're partnering with a leading project owner/delivery organisation to find a Contract Administrator to join their team in Brisbane. This is a client-side role where you'll be part of the owner's team overseeing delivery, working alongside experienced commercial and project leadership. About the role Working on a major energy infrastructure program, you'll support the client-side contractual and commercial administration of delivery contracts, assisting with variation and claims assessment, tracking contractor performance against contract terms, progress claim reviews, and reporting. You'll work closely with senior Contract Administrators, Commercial Managers, and Project Managers, with strong opportunities to develop your client-side experience on a major program. What you'll bring 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally with some exposure to energy, civil, or major infrastructure projects Working knowledge of standard form contracts (AS4000, AS4300, NEC3/4, or similar) Some experience with variations, claims, or progress payment administration Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn from experienced commercial leaders Tertiary qualification in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or similar What's on offer Brisbane-based, client-side role on a major, long-run energy / infrastructure program Strong mentoring and development pathway toward senior CA and commercial roles Competitive package reflective of experience If you're a Contract Administrator looking to build your client-side experience on a major Brisbane energy program, I'd like to hear from you.
