(Nongyai) Chonburi The Warehouse Supervisor – ASRS Implementation & Operations is responsible for preparing the warehouse for ASRS implementation, ensuring successful execution during project deployment, and maintaining stable ASRS operations after go-live. This role works closely with Operations, Engineering, IT, Automation Vendors, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and system integration are optimized. The successful candidate will gradually develop into the organization's ASRS Champion, becoming the key subject matter expert responsible for driving warehouse automation excellence, system optimization, and future automation projects Key Responsibilities ASRS Project Preparation o Support warehouse readiness assessment for ASRS implementation. o Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), simulation, and commissioning activities. o Ensure warehouse operations are ready before Go-Live. ASRS Operations Management o Supervise daily warehouse operations involving ASRS. o Monitor inbound, storage, replenishment, picking, and outbound performance. o Ensure inventory accuracy within ASRS locations. o Coordinate recovery activities during equipment downtime. o Monitor system performance and operational KPIs. o Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures. System & Equipment Coordination o Coordinate preventive maintenance with Engineering and vendors. o Escalate equipment abnormalities and monitor corrective actions. o Support Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System (WCS) integration. o Participate in testing after system upgrades or software changes. Qualifications Experience o 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience. o Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role. o Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). o Experience in automation projects is preferred. o Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is an advantage.
