Automotive part manufacturer (plastic) Position: Quality Assurance Manager Location: Laem Chabang, Chonburi Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 – 17:30 Job Description - Lead and manage the Automotive Quality Management System (QMS) - Oversee product quality and manufacturing processes - Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to manage new product development (New Model) activities in accordance with automotive industry requirements. - Manage quality-related costs, budgets, and resources effectively. - Lead, coach, and develop the Quality Assurance team while maintaining strong communication with customers regarding quality issues and continuous improvement initiatives. Required work experience -Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil Engineering, or a related field). - Professional Engineering License (Thailand Engineering Council License) is preferred. - Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management within the automotive industry. - At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role. - English is in Intermediate level or able to communicate with international clients/suppliers. - Experience in new model development, including plastic interior parts development and plastic mold/tooling development. - Experience working with OEMs or Tier 1 automotive manufacturers is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive quality management systems. - Proficient in AutoCAD, CATIA, and dashboard/reporting tools. - Good understanding of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis is an advantage. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
