Senior Business Analyst

As part of our recruitment support function, we are currently hiring for one of our clients for the following position: Position: Senior Business Analyst Role Summary We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong product instincts to help shape what we build and why. You’ll work at the intersection of business goals, user needs, and technical constraints — translating vision into actionable, high-impact features. This role requires someone who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and drive clarity in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities Partner with product owners and stakeholders to shape product vision and define measurable outcomes Lead discovery sessions, user interviews, and competitive research to uncover real user needs and pain points Translate product ideas into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and success criteria Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience from concept to delivery Define and prioritize product features in the backlog in alignment with business goals Facilitate sprint planning, story grooming, and cross-team communication throughout the development lifecycle Work with QA and developers to ensure delivery meets both functional and user expectations Monitor product performance post-launch and gather user feedback to guide future iterations Requirements 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product management in software development A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements Comfortable working directly with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to drive delivery Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Figma Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate the 'why' behind every feature Bonus Points Hands-on experience in product discovery, A/B testing, or usability testing Experience in roadmap planning or product lifecycle management Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude) Background in digital platforms, SaaS, or consumer apps
