Business Development, Bancassurance (Assistant Manager/Senior Officer/Officer)

Responsibilities: Develop and promote business through bank channels, provide support to bank branches of existing bancassurance business partners (bank branches and private bank); Achieve team performance goals and assist in the formulation of various sales plans; Assist in conducting channel and market analysis of peer products; Assist in providing sales support at all levels; build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders of banking partners; Assist in ad hoc projects 負責銀行渠道業務開拓和推廣（為合作的網點銀行及私人銀行提供支持） 負責團隊業績目標達成、協助制定各類銷售計劃 協助開展渠道和商場同業產品分析 協助提供各級銷售支持、產品培訓； 與銀行合作伙伴的主要利益相關者建立和保持穩固的關係 協助部門及渠道臨時安排的工作項目 Requirements: Bachelor degree or above and a minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience; Previous work experience in local insurance industry is preferred; Aspiring to pursue a career in insurance industry; Strong communication and coordination skills, strong ability to resist pressure, and possess certain business network resources; good at communicating with local bank customers； Self-motivated, result-oriented, strong execution capability, customer service skills and problem solving skills； Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)； Proficient in MS office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) Internal grade: Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer/Officer 本科或以上 1-5年相關工作經驗 有志從事保險工作，有本地保險行業或跨境客戶服務工作經驗者優先考慮 溝通協調能力強、抗壓能力强，有一定的人脈資源；擅長與本地或跨境客戶溝通 結果導向，執行力强，具備客戶服務能力，能獨立推進解決問題，有成就動機 優良語言能力(粤语及流利普通話優先) 熟練使用各類辦公軟件 (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) 内部職級：助理經理/高級主任/主任 Application Interested parties please send a detailed resume, stating current and expected salary to Human Resources Department.
