We are looking for a Fabric Specialist who have the main responsibilities as following: Source and develop fabrics based on buyers requirement and seasonal trends. Build and manage relationships with fabric mills, dye houses and suppliers. Negotiate fabric prices , MOQ and lead times to achieve cost-effective solutions. Review lab dips, shade bands, fabric quality and testing results to ensure buyer requirements are met. Monitor fabric development and bulk production to ensure on-time delivery. Coordinate with Merchandising , QA and suppliers to resolve technical and production issues. Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience in fabric sourcing , development or textile purchasing. Strong knowledge of fibers, yarns, woven fabrics ,dyeing, finishing and textile testing. Good negotiation, communication and project management skills. Good command of English (written and speaking) Well -connection with fabric mills and suppliers is an advantage.
