Location: Onsite at Pasona office, Sathorn Square (BTS Chong Nonsi) Employment Type: Permanent (Full-time) Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Hybrid) Senior Consultant (Human Resources Development / HRD) [Function Ratio] • Consulting and Solution provider: 80% • Business Development (BD): 20% Responsibilities • Consultant (80%): ・Lead organizational problem-solving initiatives to align client HR strategies, talent development, and organizational design with overall business objectives. ・Conduct comprehensive organizational diagnostics, employee surveys, and executive/field interviews to analyze current-state realities and pinpoint core challenges. ・Oversee end-to-end design, customization, and implementation of HR frameworks—including grading structures, performance evaluation, compensation, training & capability development, 360-degree feedback, and employee engagement programs. ・Drive project leadership and execution, managing client deliverables, project timelines, and high-level stakeholder alignment through structured governance meetings. • Business Development (20%): ・ Engage qualified prospective clients, conduct deep-dive diagnostic discovery calls, and engineer tailored consultative proposals and value-driven presentations. ・ Identify expansion opportunities (upselling and cross-selling) within existing accounts to address emerging organizational challenges and drive account growth.
