You deploy the “Perfect POS” initiative to drive retail execution excellence by leveraging AI-powered image recognition, advanced analytics, and field governance to ensure superior shelf execution, improve Perfect Store compliance, and translate in-store insights into measurable commercial growth. How you will contribute You will: Perfect Store Strategy & Governance Support deployment of Perfect Store standards (Planogram guideline across In-store Touch-points) and priorities across channels with shopper research insights to deliver merchandising recommendations. Align execution objectives with Category, Sales, and Trade Marketing strategies. Monitor overall Perfect Store performance and compliance targets with the evaluation of Perfect Store scorecard for Sales Incentive Programs. In-Store Audit & AI-Driven Execution Excellence Manage store audit programs with 3rd party and SOE Team by using AI-enabled image recognition and retail execution tools. (KPIs Tracking on MSL/OSA, Share of Shelf, Planogram and Display). Convert AI-generated insights into actionable recommendations for field teams and corrective actions to improve store performance. Ensure quality image capture and audit compliance across all stores. Monitor action closure and execution improvement from AI audit findings. Train and coach field sales and merchandising teams on Perfect Store standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with Sales, Category, and Channel teams to improve execution outcomes. Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead projects that enhance retail execution efficiency and effectiveness. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge Experience Minimum 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales, Retail Execution, or related FMCG/CPG commercial roles. Experience working with Modern Trade and Traditional Trade, including merchandising, shelf management, and planogram execution. Proven track record in monitoring and improving retail execution KPIs such as OSA, MSL compliance, Share of Shelf, and display execution. Exposure to Perfect Store, retail audit, image recognition tools, or shopper/category insights is an advantage. Knowledge & Skills Proficiency with planogram software (Nielsen Spaceman) and Microsoft Excel is a must Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, insight generation, and storytelling. Good understanding of Perfect Store principles, retail execution, planogram management, and assortment optimization. Ability to translate data, shopper insights, and AI-generated recommendations into actionable business plans. Familiarity with Perfect Store measurement, image recognition technology, and retail execution platforms is preferred.
