Project HR Officer (Concepcion, Iloilo)

Job Summary The HR Officer – Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, HR administration, attendance and leave management, and employee engagement. The role ensures that HR processes are implemented efficiently and in accordance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Key Responsibilities Support employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding activities. Address routine employee concerns and coordinate with management regarding HR-related matters. Assist in implementing company HR policies, procedures, and programs. Support performance management and employee engagement activities. Coordinate training and development activities as needed. Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations. Perform other HR-related duties that may be assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in HR Generalist or HR Officer functions . Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and basic labor standards. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments. Willing to be assigned in Concepcion, Iloilo for 1 year under project-based employment.
