1. Lead and grow the C&I Solar Rooftop EPC business with direct responsibility for revenue generation. 2. Develop, manage, and close a high-value sales pipeline to achieve aggressive annual revenue targets. 3. Present turnkey solar rooftop EPC solutions, including technical concepts, financial models, and ROI analysis. 4. Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and deal closure. 5. Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle—from sales and EPC execution to O&M. 6. Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely resolution. 7. Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and O&M teams to ensure smooth project delivery, operational excellence, and high customer satisfaction. 8. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports to C-level management, including sales pipeline status, revenue forecasts, key customer insights, performance metrics, and identified risks. 9. Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support business growth and decision-making. 10. Collaborate with strategic partners and existing suppliers to strengthen commercial relationships, improve competitiveness, and ensure supply reliability. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering,MBA or a related discipline. Minimum 5–10 years of direct experience in C&I Solar Rooftop EPC, solar equipment trading, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Strong, established relationships with C&I customers, with a demonstrated ability to generate repeat and referral business. Solid understanding of solar rooftop EPC solutions, O&M service models, and end-to-end project lifecycle management. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and executive-level communication skills. Experience in leading sales teams or managing key account portfolios is highly desirable. Strong ability to prepare and deliver professional presentations, including sales presentations, business proposals, and executive-level decks.
