Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor

Key Responsibilities 1. Budgeting & Forecasting Coordinate and support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes. Prepare and update financial assumptions and forecasts based on business performance and changes in business conditions. Monitor the budgeting and forecasting timeline and ensure accuracy and completeness of the information. 2. Budget Control & Financial Performance Analysis Monitor budget utilization and ensure spending is in accordance with company policies and approved budgets. Analyze Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual performance and identify key variances and their underlying causes. Provide analysis and recommendations to improve business performance and resource utilization. 3. Management Reporting & Business Analysis Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis, and dashboards for management review. Analyze business performance, trends, and key financial indicators and provide actionable insights. Present financial analysis and key findings to the FP&A Manager and relevant stakeholders. 4. Process Improvement & Data Management Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of FP&A activities. Develop and improve dashboards, reporting tools, and automation to reduce manual work and improve data quality. Support the adoption of digital tools and technologies to improve financial analysis and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field . Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, or Financial Analysis. Experience in Hire Purchase, Leasing, or financial services is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into business insights. Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting . Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, BI tools, or financial systems/ERP is an advantage. Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills. Experience in supervising or mentoring team members is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
