Strategic PMO and Execution Leadership •Translate executive priorities into actionable project roadmaps, ownership structures, and measurable deliverables. •Lead enterprise-wide strategic and special projects from initiation through execution, ensuring delivery on timeline, budget, scope, and quality targets. •Establish project governance frameworks, milestones, reporting. •Drive cross-functional alignment across BUs, BAUs and support functions to remove bottlenecks and accelerate implementation. •Monitor progress of critical projects, identify execution gaps, and proactively implement corrective actions to achieve committed outcomes. •Oversee key transformation and sustainability initiatives, including business improvement, operational enhancement, and carbon neutrality related programs. •Facilitate executive meetings and ensure timely closure of decisions and follow-up actions. Business Intelligence and Executive Reporting •Lead preparation of executive management reports, business reviews, and decision-support materials with clear insights and strong presentation standards. •Develop and enhance management dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI visibility to improve speed and quality of decision-making. •Analyze business performance, financial trends, operational KPIs, and key variances to highlight risks and opportunities for management attention. •Improve reporting automation, data accuracy, and visualization practices, reducing dependency on manual reporting processes. Team Leadership and Performance System •Lead, coach, and develop BI and PMO team members to build stronger capabilities in analytics, project management, and business communication. •Set clear team priorities, allocate resources effectively, and ensure high productivity across concurrent workstreams. •Build disciplined operating rhythms, standard ways of working, and performance management processes across the department.
