The Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the brand standards of the Hard Rock Retail Shop. This position plays a key role in enhancing the guest experience by providing product knowledge, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring the shop atmosphere reflects the Hard Rock culture. The Retail Sales Assistant must be energetic, sales-driven, and passionate about the Hard Rock brand. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Service & Sales · Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner. · Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate information about merchandise. · Upsell and recommend additional products to maximize revenue. · Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally. Store Operations · Ensure all retail displays are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. · Process purchases using the POS system accurately and efficiently. · Assist with receiving, tagging, and stocking merchandise. · Maintain cleanliness and organization of sales floor, stockroom, and cashier area. · Follow cash handling and inventory procedures as per company policy. Brand Representation · Promote Hard Rock’s core values and brand image at all times. · Maintain a high level of product knowledge including new arrivals and promotions. · Wear assigned uniform and comply with grooming standards. Teamwork · Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet goals. · Participate in team briefings, trainings, and product knowledge sessions. · Support special events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
