Key Responsibilities On-Ground Operations & Event Setup Management Load-in & Load-out Oversight: Oversee and control the move-in and move-out schedules of event organizers and contractors, ensuring strictly adherence to timing and minimal disruption to regular mall operations. Technical & Facility Readiness: Coordinate closely with the engineering and facility teams to inspect and verify the readiness of electrical loads, sound systems, HVAC, and fire safety protocols prior to event kick-off. Compliance & Safety Control: Supervise on-site stage constructions and booth setups to ensure absolute compliance with shopping center regulations and public safety standards. After-Sales Service & Client Retention On-Site Troubleshooting: Act as the primary on-ground point of contact to instantly resolve unexpected issues or technical glitches during the live event, ensuring a seamless and premium client experience. Post-Event Evaluation & Billing: Coordinate with the finance department to finalize utilities/damages billing, wrap up extra charges, and deliver the final Post-Event Report to the client. Feedback Collection & Upselling: Conduct post-event debriefings with clients to gather feedback, evaluate satisfaction scores, and proactively pitch strategic offers to secure immediate re-bookings for future quarters. Key Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or related fields. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Event Sales, Space Leasing, Commercialization, B2B Sales or Media Sales,. Skills & Competencies: Strong technical understanding of venue regulations, floor plans (blueprints), and basic utility infrastructure (electricity, plumbing, and structural weight limits) for massive scales. Exceptional cross-functional coordination and crisis-management skills to handle high-pressure, live-event environments effectively. Highly flexible working hours; ability to work night shifts or weekends during critical event setup (Load-in) hours after the shopping mall closes.
