About the role We are seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our digital development team. You will play a key role in building, maintaining, and improving our digital platforms and internal systems that support media operations, content distribution, advertising solutions, and business intelligence tools. Key responsibilities Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications and digital platforms. Build and maintain backend systems using PHP frameworks such as CodeIgniter 4 (CI4) and Laravel. Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend practices. Participate in database design, development, and optimisation (MySQL or similar RDBMS). Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
