We're seeking a Finance professional who enjoys solving complex manufacturing challenges for our client. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the Financial & Costing function within a leading manufacturing organization, partnering closely with Plant and Business leaders to drive cost transparency, profitability, and operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee costing and financial controlling activities for the manufacturing operation, ensuring accurate and reliable cost information. Develop and maintain costing methodologies, standard costs, product costing, and cost variance analysis in line with accounting principles and business requirements. Analyze manufacturing costs and profitability, identify key cost drivers, and provide actionable recommendations to management. Initiate and implement cost improvement, process enhancement, and financial control initiatives to improve cost transparency and business performance. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure accurate costing and effective cost management. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting related to manufacturing costs and financial performance. Ensure appropriate internal controls, accounting principles, and costing practices are applied across the business. Act as a key Finance partner to management, challenging assumptions and providing fact-based financial insights for decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Cost Accounting, Controlling, FP&A, or Manufacturing Finance. Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, standard costing, product costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge and communicate financial insights clearly. Experience with SAP / ERP systems and strong Excel skills. Good command of English.
