Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of robust sales strategy to drive interest and engagement from potential stakeholders and partners for Batch 2 and 3, as well as future phase of HSITP project Actively explore and identify potential partners from overseas, Hong Kong, and Mainland China for business development Identify, lobby and facilitate communication with key decision-makers of market players to understand the unique needs, propose tailored solutions and drive actions Conduct research and analysis based on EOIs and formulate land development plan for Senior Management’s consideration Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase the benefits and opportunities associated with the project Prepare and review relevant land lease tenders, investment promotion material, transaction agreements, etc. and assist in due diligence process Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consultants to ensure seamless coordination and execution of batch 2 & 3 and future phase initiatives Prepare submissions to the government for application of land development approvals Requirements: Degree holder in Business Administration, Surveying, Real Estate, or other related disciplines Minimum of 15 years' progressive leadership experience spanning property development, land administration, valuation, government liaison and project implementation; experience in commercial property management is a must Proven expertise in real estate development management, financial analysis, property appraisals, business analysis and financial modeling Knowledge of government approval processes, policies, procedures and regulations related to land development and submissions is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Frequent Travel or Permanent Work in Lok Ma Chau Office is required (Shuttle bus service & MTR concession scheme is available) Company Benefits: Competitive annual leave entitlement MPF Top-up benefit Medical benefits from Day-1 with extended coverage to dependent(s) Dental & Life insurance Training sponsorship Professional membership fee reimbursement Personal data provided will be treated in strict confidence and used for recruitment purpose only.
