Purchase Officer 1 Position Job Responsibilities Responsible for the full cycle of both local and overseas purchasing processes, including follow-up and coordination with internal departments and suppliers to ensure efficient and complete procurement operations. Analyze costs and negotiate prices, quality, delivery terms, payment conditions, and commercial agreements to meet company requirements. Source new suppliers, negotiate terms, and compare quotations to ensure the most suitable products and services are obtained. Prepare and manage purchasing plans, including delivery schedules, to align with project plans and timelines. Coordinate import processes and customs clearance procedures for overseas purchases. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or other related fields. 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement. Good command of written English, especially for email communication. Strong negotiation skills, honesty, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility. Candidates who are able to start immediately will be given special consideration.
