Purpose of the Job: • Drive on-premise channel and key account growth through KPI-led sales execution and leadership. • Develop the sales and distribution of Jebsen Wines & Spirits portfolio and achieve the sales & GP targets focusing on Premium Local / Western Restaurants Groups. Responsibilities On-Premise Growth & Channel Strategy • Execute channel strategies and develop distribution plans to grow sales in on-premise outlets. • Identify growth opportunities, assess coverage gaps, and recommend channel expansion initiatives. Sales Performance & Insights (KPI Ownership) • Track, analyze, and report on market performance and KPIs (e.g., sales trends, account performance, distribution coverage). • Provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. Key Account & Trade Execution Support • Manage and support key account performance and commercial execution across the on-premise network. • Collaborate with internal teams to support trade marketing planning and promotional activity rollout. Partner & Stakeholder Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, key stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams. • Ensure alignment on plans, execution timelines, and performance expectations. Supply Coordination for Availability • Coordinate with the supply chain / operations teams to ensure product availability for promotions and forecasted demand. Operation Facilitation and Customer Satisfaction • Facilitate order-taking to ensure efficient sales execution and customer satisfaction. • Manage account receivables, including collection and aging management. Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in on-premise sales and/or key account management. • Proven ability to deliver results using KPI-driven sales management. • Experience managing over a key account territory • Strong stakeholder management skills with channel partners and internal teams. • Ability to interpret commercial data and translate insights into action. • Experience supporting trade marketing and promotional executions (and coordinating with supply/operations). • Good Knowledge of Wines & Spirits (WSET Level 2 is a plus) • High Level of English Proficiency • Experience working on excel with basic sums (Vlookups is a plus) Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with trade marketing mechanics and on-premise account execution. • Experience working with budgets and promotional investment planning. • Strong commercial planning, forecasting, and reporting capability.
