Responsible for managing wholesale sales, developing new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. Job Description Manage wholesale sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets. Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on sales opportunities, and develop new wholesale customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients through regular communication and follow-up. Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide appropriate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor customer feedback, coffee quality, and service requirements to maintain good client relationships. Coordinate with the Wholesale Client Support and Roastery Production teams to ensure orders and customer requirements are completed accurately and on time. Prepare and analyze wholesale sales performance reports to provide useful insights for business decisions. Follow up on sales orders from inquiry to completion and ensure all related documents are accurate and submitted on time. Support customer retention and identify opportunities to increase sales with existing wholesale clients. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in sales, wholesale, customer relations, or a related field. Experience in the coffee, food & beverage, FMCG, or wholesale business would be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Good analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to work with sales data and KPIs. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
