Overview: Join Hong Leong Bank as a Wealth Lending Product Manager / Assistant Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Wealth & Asset Financing. In this role, you will formulate and execute local product strategies and business plans to achieve key Wealth Lending financial targets while maintaining strong compliance, operational, and risk management standards. Responsibilities: Formulate and execute local product strategies and business plans to achieve Wealth Lending financial targets. Manage strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to secure quality products and services. Oversee systems, operational procedures, and user requirement specifications for system enhancements. Maintain legal, compliance, and risk management guidelines while providing local market credit feedback. Coordinate with marketing on promotional planning and ensure frontline teams receive required marginable share lists, price caps, and ongoing training. Product Strategy & Execution Formulate and implement local wealth lending strategies to drive financial growth. Provide continuous feedback on local credit developments and financial services market trends. Collaborate with marketing to design and execute business growth initiatives. Operations, Risk & Compliance Enforce legal, regulatory, risk management, and compliance guidelines across all products. Establish operational procedures and prepare user requirement specifications for system upgrades. Maintain updated lists of marginable shares, price caps, and asset ratings for frontline use. Stakeholder & Talent Enablement Build and nurture strong business relationships with internal stakeholders and external counterparties. Deliver formal initial and ongoing training to frontline teams to support product delivery. Skills & Experience We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Banking, Investment, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, investment, or wealth lending. Deep command of investment strategy and fundamentals supporting business plans. Professional Wealth Management or investment-related certifications are a plus.
