Responsibilities Document Control - Manage the creation, issuance, revision, distribution, and archiving of controlled documents. - Ensure that only the latest approved versions of controlled documents are available and used on the production floor. - Maintain document registers, revision histories, and document version records. - Retrieve, obsolete, and archive expired or superseded documents in accordance with company document control procedures. Document Review & Translation - Review, proofread, and verify Chinese–Thai bilingual controlled documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. - Coordinate document revisions, reviews, and approval processes with relevant departments. - Ensure all documents comply with the company’s document formatting standards and document control requirements. Training & Support - Conduct document control and document management training for employees, particularly Thai employees. - Provide guidance on document control procedures and the proper use of controlled documents. - Support internal and external quality audits by preparing and providing document-related records and evidence. Compliance Management - Ensure document control practices comply with applicable Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards as implemented by the company. - Possess proficiency in Thai and Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing); English communication skills are preferred. Document Management System Administration - Administer and maintain the Document Management System (DMS) or electronic document control system. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or a related field. At least 1–3 years of experience in Document Control, Quality Assurance, or a related role in a manufacturing environment. Experience with document control systems and ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or similar quality management systems is an advantage. Good command of Chinese (HSK 5 or above is preferred) . English communication skills are an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with a Document Management System (DMS) or ERP system is preferred. Good understanding of document control processes, including document creation, review, approval, revision, distribution, and archival. Effective communication, coordination and interpersonal skills. Experience in conducting document control training and providing on-site guidance to employees is preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
