Location: Sukhumvit, Bangkok (BTS Phloen Chit) (Able to relocate to oversea) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible) Job Description: Lead and execute branch business strategies aligned with organizational goals. Oversee all branch operations, including deposit services, cash management, foreign exchange transactions, and customer service activities. Manage lending and credit operations, including credit evaluation, portfolio monitoring, and risk control. Supervise branch liquidity, treasury activities, and foreign exchange management. Oversee trade finance operations, including import/export financing and bank guarantee issuance. Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements. Manage accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and operational controls. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, business partners, regulators, and strategic stakeholders. Drive new business acquisition and portfolio growth opportunities. Lead branch risk management initiatives and promote a strong risk and compliance culture across the organization. Qualification: Master's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of banking experience, preferably in corporate lending, syndicated loans, international banking, debt restructuring, or related areas. Strong understanding of banking products, credit management, branch operations, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Proven leadership experience with strong business management, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken). Previous experience working in China or managing overseas operations is highly preferred.
