Key account manager

Job Description / รายละเอียดงาน We are looking for an energetic and responsible Key Account Manager to develop sales and expand our products in supermarkets, fitness centers, pharmacies, and other retail channels. เรากำลังมองหา Key Account Manager ที่มีความกระตือรือร้นและมีความรับผิดชอบ เพื่อดูแลและพัฒนายอดขาย รวมถึงขยายช่องทางการจัดจำหน่ายสินค้าในซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ฟิตเนส ร้านขายยา และช่องทางค้าปลีกอื่น ๆ Responsibilities / หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ Find and develop new customers, stores, fitness centers, pharmacies, and retail chains. ค้นหาและพัฒนาลูกค้ารายใหม่ ร้านค้า ฟิตเนส ร้านขายยา และเครือข่ายค้าปลีก Contact purchasing managers, store managers, and business owners. ติดต่อและเจรจากับฝ่ายจัดซื้อ ผู้จัดการร้าน และเจ้าของธุรกิจ Present company products and negotiate commercial terms. นำเสนอสินค้าและเจรจาเงื่อนไขทางการค้า Negotiate prices, discounts, promotions, and product placement. เจรจาราคา ส่วนลด โปรโมชั่น และตำแหน่งการจัดวางสินค้า Develop existing accounts and increase sales volume. ดูแลและพัฒนาลูกค้าปัจจุบันเพื่อเพิ่มยอดขาย Find new opportunities to place products in new locations. ค้นหาโอกาสใหม่ ๆ ในการนำสินค้าเข้าจำหน่ายในสาขาหรือสถานที่ใหม่ Visit customers and retail locations regularly. เข้าพบลูกค้าและตรวจเยี่ยมจุดจำหน่ายสินค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ Monitor product availability, stock levels, and product displays. ตรวจสอบสต๊อกสินค้า การมีสินค้าในร้าน และการจัดวางสินค้า Coordinate orders and deliveries with internal teams. ประสานงานเรื่องคำสั่งซื้อและการจัดส่งกับทีมภายในบริษัท Prepare sales reports and follow up on sales targets. จัดทำรายงานยอดขายและติดตามเป้าหมายการขาย Analyze the market and identify new business opportunities. วิเคราะห์ตลาดและหาโอกาสทางธุรกิจใหม่ ๆ Requirements / คุณสมบัติ Previous experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development is preferred. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Key Account, Sales หรือ Business Development จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Experience working with supermarkets, pharmacies, fitness centers, or retail chains is an advantage. หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ร้านขายยา ฟิตเนส หรือธุรกิจค้าปลีก จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Good communication and negotiation skills. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี Strong sales skills and target-oriented mindset. มีทักษะด้านการขายและมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ตามเป้าหมาย Able to work independently and actively develop new customers. สามารถทำงานได้ด้วยตนเองและมีความกระตือรือร้นในการหาลูกค้าใหม่ Willing to travel to meet customers. สามารถเดินทางไปพบลูกค้าได้ English communication skills are preferred. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Thai language skills are preferred. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Driving license and own vehicle are an advantage. มีใบขับขี่และรถยนต์ส่วนตัวจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Compensation & Benefits / เงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ Competitive salary + sales commission / performance bonus เงินเดือนตามประสบการณ์ + ค่าคอมมิชชั่น / โบนัสตามผลงาน Travel expenses according to company policy ค่าเดินทางตามนโยบายของบริษัท Career growth opportunities โอกาสในการเติบโตในสายอาชีพ Opportunity to work with a growing sports nutrition brand in Thailand โอกาสในการร่วมงานกับแบรนด์โภชนาการการกีฬาและผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อสุขภาพที่กำลังเติบโตในประเทศไทย Main Goal of the Position / เป้าหมายหลักของตำแหน่ง To increase the number of retail locations, develop key accounts, and achieve sustainable sales growth in Thailand. เพิ่มจำนวนจุดจำหน่าย พัฒนาลูกค้ารายสำคัญ และสร้างการเติบโตของยอดขายอย่างต่อเนื่องในประเทศไทย
