The company operates hotels, resorts, and residential projects, focusing on quality service and continuous business growth. Responsibilities · Record revenue and expense transactions in the accounting system. · Review petty cash reimbursement documents. · Verify payment documents for condominium juristic entity and submit for approval. · Review accounting documents for accuracy and completeness. · Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables. · Prepare input/output VAT reports and submit to AP. · Record project progress costs and realized revenue. · Maintain fixed asset register. · Summarize project costs for all company projects. · Issue invoices for sales & purchase agreements. (Housing projects) · Reconcile revenue with PND.50 and PP.30 reports. · Review petty cash and supplier payment documents. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field · At least 2–5 years of experience in accounting (experience in real estate, hotel, or property management is an advantage) · Knowledge of Thai taxation (PND.3, PND.53, PND.50, PND.51, PP.30, PP.40) · Experience in account reconciliation, financial reporting, and tax filing · Familiar with accounting software (Compu system preferred) · Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines · Able to work independently and as part of a team · Good communication and coordination skills Attractive salary and generous fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates.
