Junior Finance Executive

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to join our Finance team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as on-the-job training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Process invoices, payments, and accounting entries accurately. Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. Prepare reconciliations and maintain financial records. Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities. Assist with audits and other finance-related documentation. Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager. Requirements: SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh graduates and candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply. Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with China customers and business associates. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Why Join Us?
