Key Responsibilities Follow and ensure the implementation of safety plans, risk assessments, and control measures specific to MEP-related works (e.g., electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing). Ensure all site activities comply with occupational health and safety laws, company policies, and client requirements. Conduct daily site inspections to monitor safe working practices of staff and subcontractors. Organize and lead safety training sessions and toolbox talks to promote a strong safety culture. Record, investigate, and report incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; analyse root causes and implement corrective actions. Liaise with relevant government agencies and ensure legal compliance (e.g., Department of Labor Protection and Welfare). Monitor and ensure the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce safety protocols for high-risk activities (e.g., working at height, confined space, hot works). Support the implementation of corporate safety programs and initiatives across all active sites. Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and participate in audits and inspections. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or a related field (must hold a Professional Safety Officer license – จป.วิชาชีพ) Minimum 1–3 years of experience in safety management, preferably in MEP or high-rise construction projects Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards Good communication and training skills with the ability to influence and lead others on-site Ability to work independently under pressure with high responsibility Additional certifications (e.g., Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work Safety) are considered a plus
